Today's Create With Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop theme is cards with frames, and Stampin' Up! has the perfect die set for this theme called Fabulous Frames.
I thought the prints in the Awash in Beauty DSP are reminiscent of fine art watercolors, so making a framed "painting" was easy! I used Brushed Metallic cardstock for the frame for a bit of elegance, and added a few 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds to look like dew drops on the petals.
The greeting from Happiness Abounds was one I already had fussy cut and saved. I cut down Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up a bit so it would stand out.
