Thursday Challenge - CSF820

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge are the colors Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink, and Soft Sea Foam.

The Layers of Beauty bundle got some love this time! I wove strips of Petunia Pop and Pretty in Pink DSP for the background, then stamped and cut out just the center rose from the image. Yes, there's a die for that!

After coloring the rose and the two small floral extras (also with matching dies) they were popped up on a Spotlight on Nature circle die cut which was then popped up on the card. It needed something shiny, so Petunia Pop Shimmer Gems were added.

CSF Saturday Hop - Paper Perfection

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is our favorite new catalog DSP. Why do we have to pick a fave? It's like asking me which is my favorite child! Okay, this week it's Unbounded Beauty. I love that it has all the new In Colors and the patterns are just lovely!

I used four of them on this card. I was trying to think of a way to use more than one or two, and the diagonal stripes popped into my head.

I like the way this turned out, especially since I got to add some bling with the In Color Glimmer from the same suite!

That's all for today - see you next Saturday! Up next is Libby Fens at Libby Stamps. Or click the "back" button to go back to Lori at Loritamarie Crafts.

Thursday Challenge - CSF819

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge is a sketch and as soon as I saw the pocket shape, it inspired me to make a gift card pocket card. I've only used the Mini Pocket Envelope Dies maybe once or twice since I got them, so I pulled them out to make this fun gift card card. Here's the sketch we used:

Petunia Pop pairs perfectly with Berry Burst. If you stamped a solid image with Berry Burst, and kept stamping off without re-inking, you'd see what I mean. 😊

I used the new Dashing Designs 3D folder for the background and Petunia Pop 6' x 6" DSP for the envelope. The bow and the leaves are a part of that envelope die set!

Stamp Review Crew - Country Flowers

Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew's Country Flowers edition! The "Crew" is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world who pick a stamp set or bundle to highlight on the first and third Mondays of each month, with a bonus hop if there is a fifth Monday. If you landed here from Jay's blog, welcome! There are six of us today.

I seriously can't get enough of this Country Flowers bundle! There are 13 stamps and 15 dies that coordinate, and so many combinations!

I wanted to use all the containers, greenery, and flower images, so I had to squeeze them onto a larger card by using a Memories & More 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" card base.

I love that the Dotted Circle 3D folder is huge and easily accommodated the larger format for the embossed background.

That's all I have to share for today, so click "Next" to see what Deb created, or "Previous" to visit Jay again. Thanks for stopping by!
