This is one of the other cards I made using the stamp of the week, Lovely You. It can be found on page 22 of the annual catalog. Were you aware that there are only SEVEN weeks left for the current annual catalog? It's true! It ends May 3rd, and we don't have the retiring list yet, so this may be one of the sets that is retiring. I know with certainty that anything with the 2019-2021 In Colors is retiring, not just the cardstock, markers and ink. It will include all the embellishments, ribbon, and DSP with those colors, too.
Anyhoo, just wanted to give you a heads up...now on to the card. I've been "feeling" bright spring colors a lot lately, so I chose Magenta Madness and Granny Apple Green. Can't get much brighter than that! After stamping the flowers randomly, I added the stems/leaves and then embossed with the Tasteful Textiles folder.
I pulled out an old tool to spritz some more Magenta (click images to get a close up view). It called a marker spritzer, and SU doesn't sell them anymore, but you can get one just like it HERE. It's pretty cool - you put the marker in and tighten the screw then squeeze the bulb to blow ink off the end of the marker.
I did use the coordinating Lovely Labels Pick a Punch on this card. If you bundle it with the stamp, you save 10% off both. But once this annual catalog ends, even if they carry over, they won't be bundled for the discount.
