Happy Groundhog Day, y'all! I hope you aren't getting hammered by winter storm Orlena. As I'm looking out my window at the snow (we only got 1.5") and dreaming of Spring, this card really suits my mood! Isn't this just the sweetest little welcome baby card?

Measurements:
• Card Base: Thick Basic White 8 ½ X 5 ½ score at 4 ¼
• Cardstock #2: Basic Black 5¼ x 4
• Cardstock #3: Rococo Rose 5 1/8 x 3 7/8
• Cardstock #4: Basic White 5 ¼ X 4
• Cardstock #5: Basic Black 3 ¼ X 2
• Cardstock #6: Basic White 5 x 1 ¾
• Cardstock #7: Basic Black 2 ½ X 1 ¾
• Cardstock #8: Basic Black 5 ¼ X 4
• Cardstock #9: Basic White 5 X 3 3/4
Instructions:
• Attach the Rococo Rose cardstock #3 to the Basic Black cardstock #2 and attach to your card front.
• On the Basic White cardstock #4 place the 4 7/8 X 3 ½ Stitched Rectangle Die and place the 3 ¼ X 2 Stitched Rectangle Die inside; centering it. Now run it through your Cut & Emboss machine. You are left with a thick frame.
• Stamp the little bouquet of flowers around the frame using Black Memento ink.
• Color in with the Daffodil Delight, Rococo Rose and Granny Apple Green Blends.
• Attach to your card front.
• On the Basic Black cardstock #5 place the 2 7/8 X 1 5/8 Stitched Rectangle Die and run it through your Cut & Emboss Machine.
• Attach to your card front in the center of your frame.
• On a piece of Basic White card stock #6 stamp the Bunny image and your sentiment using Black Memento ink.
• Color in with the Daffodil Delight, Rococo Rose, Soft Suede and Granny Apple Green Blends.
• Punch out both the image and the sentiment using the Double Oval Punch as shown.
• Attach the Bunny image to the center of your frame as shown using dimensionals.
• On the Basic Black cardstock #7 punch a scallop oval using the Double Oval Punch.
• Attach your sentiment to the Basic Black scallop oval and attach to your card front as shown using dimensionals.
• Attach the tiniest of Pearls to the flower centers.
• Attach the Basic Black cardstock #8 to the inside of your card.
• On the Basic White cardstock #9 stamp the little bouquet of flowers using Black Memento ink in the upper left hand corner and bottom right hand corner.
• Color in with the Daffodil Delight, Rococo Rose and Granny Apple Green Blends.
• Attach to the inside of your card.
