Happy 4th of July/Independence Day! Today's Create With Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop theme is "Red, White & Blue, Patriotic."
I immediately thought of stars and stripes, but had to reverse the colors so I could use some new preorder goodies from the Aug - Dec Mini Catalog! The Stitched Stars swirl was cut from red foil, part of the Red & Green Foil Sheets available August 4th. And the Misty Moonlight striped pattern is in the Trimming the Town DSP.
As we celebrate our independence from a tyrannical government, I hope we will always remember the sacrifices that were made (and continue to be made) so that we may enjoy our freedom!
