Measurements:
• Card Base: Pool Party 8 ½” x 5 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
• Cardstock #2: Basic White 5 ¼” x 4”, 4 ½” x 3 ½”, ¾” x 3” for stamping sentiment
• Cardstock #3: Pool Party 2” x 2” for stamping, 1” x 4” for sentiment
• Cardstock #4: So Saffron 2” x 2” for stamping
• Cardstock #5: Calypso Coral 2” x 2” for stamping
• Design Paper: Fine Art Floral Design Series Paper ½” x 4” six strips of coordinating colors.
Instructions:
• Adhere Basic White Cardstock to the Pool Party Card Base using Stampin’ Seal.
• Cut 6 stripes of the Fine Art Floral DSP each ½” x 4” using the textured colored side of the DSP. Adhere the six strips to the Basic White cardstock with Stampin’ Seal.
• Using the second largest rectangle die from the Ornate Layers Dies and cut from Basic White piece 4 ½’ X 3 ½”.
• With Pool Party Ink, So Saffron Ink and Calypso Coral Ink use the Blending Brushes to apply the ink blending as you work across the die cut layer. Center and adhere to the Basic White card stock centering over the strips of DSP with Stampin’ Seal.
• Using the large group of Butterfly stamp in the set, begin by masking off all of the design except for the largest butterfly. Apply Versamark to stamp and then remove masking and stamp on the Pool Parry cardstock. Apply White Embossing Powder to the stamped cardstock and then heat with the Heat Tool. Repeat the process on the So Saffron and Calypso Coral cardstock.
• Using the large outline butterfly die from the Fluttering Dies, cut out each butterfly then adhere to ornate layer in the appropriate color areas with Mini Dimensionals.
• Using Memento Black Ink, Free as a Bird stamp set and the ¾” x 3” Basic White piece, stamp the sentiment. Using the Lovely Labels Punch, punch the design on each end of the sentiment.
• With the 1” strip of Pool Party punch both ends of the strip making sure it is sized right for the sentiment strip. Adhere the sentiment strip to the Pool Party strip with Stampin’ Seal. Apply Dimensionals to the back side and place centered on the Ornate Layer.
• Apply Opal Rounds to the front of the card.
