Today is the one day only Stampin' Up! stamp sale, and I wanted to share a card I made with one of the stamp sets that's on sale - To A Wild Rose. There are 59 stamp sets on sale (English in the U.S.), if I counted correctly!
This was a milestone birthday for a friend - the same friend whose husband broke his leg last week, so I sent him this card. Apparently their overly rambunctious dog took him out. 😔
Anyway, I thought the scrabble tiles and greeting were super adorable and I'd seen it on Pinterest and knew I could duplicate it. The greeting below the tiles was printed on the wood grain In Good Taste DSP after cutting it down to letter size. I know I can use the scraps for other projects.
Since the tiles were a bit thick, I used foam adhesive strips to pop up the sentiment to the same height. A bit of Dark Daffodil Delight-colored rhinestones completed the card.
