Three more days until the HOLIDAY catalog begins!
Here's another lovely stamp and die bundle from the Holiday catalog called Beautiful Baubles. The stamp set is eight pieces (photopolymer), and the Detailed Baubles Thinlits die set is 5 pieces. If you get them as a bundle, you save 10%.
This was another "quick and easy" card to make. After stamping the ornament group in Soft Sea Foam at the top of the background cardstock, I added the Soft Sea Foam greeting panel with the greeting heat embossed in copper and a strip of Copper Foil peeking out at the top. The string and bow were heat embossed in copper as well. (I've really been on a copper binge lately, and my project for the Stamp Review Crew tonight also uses copper!)
The filigree ornament was cut from the copper Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper and the little circular pieces at each "net" intersection were left in intentionally. Normally they would be popped out. It was then glued to a Copper Foil circle cut with the Layering Circles die. I did have to hand cut a little piece to fit behind the ornament hanger.
That lovely detailed ornament in the stamp set is begging to be colored next! (I told you my stamps talk to me; sometimes they yell, too.)
