Today's Create With Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop theme is Deck the Halls with Christmas greenery. Now that Thanksgiving is over we can focus on decorating for the upcoming holidays. I have my tree up but not fully decorated yet, and the mantle is still a work in progress, but it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!
I finally inked up the Festive Foliage background stamp and it makes a perfect backdrop for the greeting and fussy cut holly from Happy Holly-Days. I added a little subtle shading to some of the Soft Succulent greenery stamped on Soft Succulent cardstock with a Dark Soft Succulent Stampin' Blend.
The holly sprig was colored using Stampin' Write markers to color the stamp, then filled in with Stampin' Blends. A few accents were added with a Stampin' Chalk Marker.
