I seem to be stuck on a CAS In The Pines rut, LOL. I just love this set, and am having too much fun to put it down!
Today's card focuses on a simple stamped image, with embossed texture added, and multiple layers. I didn't even think it needed any embellishments. I know, shocking, right?
The trees were stamped in Shaded Spruce, then then embossed with the Evergreen Forest folder. After trimming it down to 3-3/4" x 5", I was able to adjust the curved snowy hillsides to fit, allowing room for the greeting, before gluing them down.
The excess "snow" was trimmed off and the panel was popped up on dimensionals on the next layer (3/78" x 5-1/8"). Then that layer was popped up on dimensionals on the card base.
