I love my job! On this Independence Day, I am thoroughly enjoying being an independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator because yesterday Mr. Brown brought a box of stamping goodies with a preorder in it that only demos can get right now. It's the Blended Seasons bundle, and I almost fell off my chair when I saw how awesome the Stitched Seasons Framelits were!
Also in the box were all the new colors of Stampin' Blends that I have been waiting four lifetimes for! Well, maybe not lifetimes, but four weeks anyway, which felt like a lifetime. I just couldn't be happier that we have FOUR new greens, and I used two of them on this card.
Granny Apple Green light and dark are easy to spot, but can you see the very subtle Soft Sea Foam light that I used on the background? It is the perfect pale shade that helps the white part of the image POP! It's hard to see in the photos, but is more obvious in real life. (Someday I will learn how to shoot decent pics. *sigh*)

Anyhoo, I just wanted to say Happy Fourth of July to y'all, and wish you a fun, safe day. Mom is here for two weeks, so we're grilling hot dogs to have with tater salad and corn on the cob, then lighting fireworks when it starts to get dark. They make my hubby grin like a little boy when he sets them off.
