The Falling In Love Suite (pg. 51-52 in catty) is simply....lovely.
The DSP is soft and feminine, the laser-cut doilies are to die for, the two stamp sets are beautiful with great sentiments, and the So Detailed Thinlits are gorgeous, as well. But I think because of the subtle colors and soft images, it also works for a sympathy card. Four of the elements in the suite were used here. Can you spot them?
Most are easy - the Falling in Love DSP, So in Love flower stamp, and the Very Vanilla satin ribbon; but the leaves might be a little trickier. I cut some small scraps of Gold Glimmer Paper using the So Detailed Thinlits die, making sure just the leaf part of the die was doing the cutting. A few cuts with the paper snips released the leaves!
Two were cut with the glimmer paper face up, and one was face down, so the leaves point the other way. Cool, huh? The greeting is from the Rose Wonder stamp set. Unfortunately (for many reasons), I had to mail this right away, and I forgot to take measurements.
On a happier note, the new remote works GREAT with my iPhone, and I should have a tutorial for you tomorrow!
