The Control Freaks' theme this month is the MAGNIFICENT MINI! That leaves it wide open to us for any any the seventy-plus pages of goodies, so I can't wait to see what the other Freaks chose! If you just landed here from Melissa, The Stamp Doc, welcome! There are five of us on this hop, so it won't take long.
I chose the Blackberry Beauty Suite that starts on page 44 of the Jul-Dec Mini. It's packed FULL of beautiful products: the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set with matching Beautiful Leaves dies, The gorgeous Blackberry Beauty Specialty DSP and Gold Shimmer Vellum, plus the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack AND the Gold Shimmer Ribbon. So. Much. Shiny. Stuff!
The first card is a simple design showing off the DSP. All I had to do was stamp the greeting, die cut it and pop it up on a Early Espresso mat.
Oh, and add a few Brushed Metallic Dots. *grin*
The next card shows off the shimmer vellum and the owl from the ephemera pack.
The background was embossed with the Timber 3D folder and a bit of Cork Specialty Paper set off the sentiment. Look at how shimmery that vellum is!
The last card is a little more elaborate, showcasing the DSP again along with the Gold Shimmer Ribbon.
I love the Swallow image in this set. It was inked with Blackberry Bliss using a sponge dauber so you can really see the detail.
