Happy Birthday, Dear Rosalie!

I love my upline.  She's a dear friend, as well as mentor, and her birthday just could NOT go by without a card from me.  (We're going to lunch to celebrate soon, too!)  She loves birds, so I thought this image from the "A Flower for All Seasons" stamp set was perfect.  Plus, I got a chance to color with my Copics, which I haven't done in far too long. :-D

The new Presto Patterns Designer Series paper inspired me to stamp the swirl from "Baroque Motifs" with VersaMark and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.  I like the subtle look of it.  You can see a close-up of it below.
