CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Metallica

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop feature is metallics. I was dying to try the new Sunflower 3D embossing folder and thought this might be a fun use for it. But holy heck, I had no idea how difficult it would be to get a decent photo! I'm sure the professional photographers know all the tricks, but I sure don't! So please excuse the less than stellar pictures. šŸ˜•

I used the bright copper sheet in the Textured Metallic Specialty Paper and embossed it with the sunflower folder. Wowee, is it ever gorgeous! To make the details stand out a little better and add an antiqued look, I rubbed the Staz-On Jet Black ink pad all over it.

After it was dry, I tied the ribbon around it in a faux bow and matted it on Peach Pie, then adhered it to the card base. The greeting is popped up on dimensionals. This card was so shiny, it didn't need any added bling!
