Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is non-traditional Christmas colors. This is always a fun theme, because there are soooo many ways it could go. After thinking about it, navy and purple popped into my head. Doesn't get a whole lot more non-traditional than that!
I started by blending Night of Navy, Fresh Freesia, and Highland Heather on the white cardstock, then heat embossed the snowflakes from Snowy Wonder on it. We just had our first snow of the season, and the wind was really swirling the snow around, so I thought adding the embossed swirls was appropriate.
The tree was cut from Night of Navy cardstock and the snowflake overlay from white glimmer paper. I added a little Silver & White Sheer Ribbon behind the tree for more glittery goodness. 😊
