Monochromatic Madness

Today's Create With Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop theme is "Monochromatic Madness" and I allllmost chose Magenta Madness as the color because, well...Madness, LOL. But being a lover of all things blue, I knew I'd have more to work with in the Stampin' Up! blues. Misty Moonlight, Night of Navy, and Seaside Spray work so perfectly together that it was an obvious choice for me.

I used the Posted For You cling stamp set and stamped the images in Misty Moonlight ink on Seaside Spray cardstock, then punched them out with the coordinating Rectangular Postage Stamp punch. Parts of the images were colored with a Dark Seaside Spray Stampin' Blend marker, and I inked only part of the sentiment stamp so it would fit on the punched piece.

The punched pieces were adhered with dimensionals to a Tasteful Textiles 3D-embossed Misty Moonlight panel. Some Misty Moonlight DSP and Seaside Spray metallic ribbon completed the card. Oh, wait! I added a Night of Navy die cut heart (Birds & More Dies) with a Misty Moonlight In Color Enamel Dot, too!

That's my share for today. Now click the Next button to jump to Libby Fens at Libby Stamps, or the Back button to see what Mary Brown at Stamper Camper's Corner made!
