Welcome to the first Monday of the June... and the Stamp Review Crew's Daisy Delight review. The "Crew" is made up of a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world who pick a stamp set or bundle to highlight on the first and third Mondays of each month, with a bonus hop if there is a fifth Monday. You may have arrived here from Linda's blog, Stampin' Seasons. But if you're starting here, just follow the links to take the whole tour. There are nine of us today!
I totally messed up when I signed up for this hop. I saw the word "Daisy" and immediately thought we were using the new Daisy Lane set that starts in a couple days. *smacks forehead* So, you get to see a sneak peek, and I'm a dork. SORRY!
I actually had two cards, but I'm just sharing one because it does use the Daisy Punch, and the image is similar to the one in Daisy Delight....which, as we all now know I should have used. *smacks forehead again*
I used the fern leaf (which is not in Daisy Delight) to make a background stamping with Granny Apple Green and Garden Green, stamped off each time.
The daisy was stamped with the new In Color Rococo Rose, and a bit of the matching Scalloped Linen Ribbon was added to dress it up a bit.
That's all from me today. Excuse me while I go hide in a closet in shame. I really need to quit skimming when I read! Up next is Tanya, who likes Tinkerin In Ink. I'll bet she used the correct stamp set and made it AWESOME!

DeleteYour card is still delightful, Cindy! I think your fern background is perfect for the daisy and I love that ribbon around the card.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Kelly! Glad I'm not alone. The other card has been posted now, too.
DeleteWell, I love the preview to the new stamp set! And if you hadn't old me, I would have thought the daisy was from the Daisy Delight set :)
