...With the winter/holiday cards, but I forgot all about the swap theme for this month's stamp club. It had to have a snowman, at least 2 layers and an embellishment. Well, at least I got to ink up a stamp that hadn't been used yet, and use some now-retired DSP! ;-)
Stamps: Jolly Old St. Nick, sentiment stamp non-SU
Cardstock: Garden Green, Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Candy Cane Christmas Specialty DSP
Ink: Basic Black, Baja Breeze, Garden Green, Wild Wasabi, VersaMarker
Accessories: Iridescent Ice Stampin' Emboss Powder, Heat Tool, Whisper White 5/8" Organza Ribbon, Circle Rhinestone Brads
A word of warning.....there is another snowman card coming tomorrow. After that I promise to avoid anything related to cold, snow, frozen tundras, frost, winter or ice. :-D
Thanks for stopping by today! Stay warm!!!
Well, I will be living in the cold and seeing real snowmen for the next few months, so I don't mind :) Cute card!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute!! That DSP is just perfect with the snowman!
ReplyDeleteYeah I have to agree I am stuck in snow for at least 3 more months. So we can continue to use cute lil guys like this. Hugz n blessings.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm not promising to avoid snowy trees, snowflakes, etc. January is my favorite time for those types of cards!
ReplyDeleteYep I am with Tanya I am living in the cold and see lots of snowmen. lol Love your card it is way to cute!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute!! I know, I did a snowflake card this week too. Funny thing, as Cali girls, we don't even know what "real" snow is!! I'm ready to move past winter. Bring on Spring!
ReplyDeleteYep, still have at least 3 months of snow! Your guy is really cute!
ReplyDeleteWait...a stamp without ink??!! The horror. Clearly it was necessary to make a snowman card to fix that! ;-). Love this guy!
