Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is Gold & Vanilla Christmas. That is such a rich, elegant combination and there are so many ways to use it! For this card, I heat embossed trees from Peaceful Evergreens in gold on the Very Vanilla, and added some stars and the dotted ground, too.
A 3/4" wide strip of Season of Green & Gold Specialty DSP (with a 1/4" wide strip of the opposite side adhered underneath, leaving 1/8" showing) was added to the left side. The open tree dies in Peaceful Evergreens were used to cut the gold foil adhered over the gold embossed trees.
The Peaceful Season "Christmas" was cut from Mossy Meadow and gold foil, with the rest of the greeting stamped in Mossy Meadow and cut with another die from that set.

I'm in full holiday goodie baking mode now, so a gingerbread house with peppermint accents seemed perfect for the card.
I started with 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Basic White for the base, scored at 1 1/2" and 5 3/4". Real Red mats were added next (1 1/4" x 5 1/4" and 2 1/2" x 5 1/4"), topped by Take a Bow DSP (1 1/8" x 5 1/8" and 2 3/8" x 5 1/8").
The Humble Home house was heat embossed on Pecan Pie and punched out. It was popped up on the Basic White circle cut from third largest Stylish Shapes circle dies. The Real Red circle behind it used the second largest circle die. The greeting was stamped in Real Red and die cut using the third smallest circle die, and lots of peppermints were added for this very sweet card! Product List
