CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Plaid Perfection

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is PLAID, one of my favorite patterns! It doesn't matter if it's gingham or buffalo check, tartan plaid, or madras - I like them all!

NOTE: I need to fess up that I used an embossing folder that is now retired. I didn't realize it (hard to keep up with all the changes), but I didn't have the time to remake it with something current. I guess the Softly Woven folder would have been a good substitute.

I used a dark Poppy Parade Stampin' Blend to carefully color the roof and front door of the house and added Golden Glow Pearlized Specialty Paper behind to make the windows glow.
