CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Winter Scene

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is Winter Scenery, and the images in the Winter Scenes stamp set fit the job perfectly! (Go figure, haha.)

I used two of the stamps to build this cozy cabin in the snow scene. The cabin stamp was colored with Stampin' Write Markers (on the last chance list!), and stamped. I stamped it again on a sticky note to cut out and use as a mask. The same "color on stamp" technique was used for the deer/mountain stamp, then I filled in the cabin and sky with Stampin' Blends.

 

The winter scene and copper colored textured metallic frame were cut with the new Beautifully Celebrated Dies coming in January, and adhered to the Embossed Designs card front. The greeting from Delicate Pines was stamped in Early Espresso.
