Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is Beach Time, and when I was a little girl we lived for a while in Virginia Beach (Dad was career Navy). We went to the beach a LOT, and one of my favorite things to do was gather sea shells. There would be scallop shells, and sand dollars, horseshoe crabs and starfish...all kinds of fascinating things for a kid to find. And we built many elaborate sand castles, too. But we had to watch out for the Portuguese Man o' War jellyfish because they packed a nasty sting!
So my card today is a remembrance of me and my younger sister and brother finding buckets of treasures at the beach. And finding sand for days and days later at home, lol. Poor Mom!
That's all for today - see you next Saturday! Up next is Libby Fens at Libby Stamps. Or click the "back" button to go back to Lori de Groot at Loritamarie Crafts.
