A Happy Housewarming
I love making cards for happy occasions, and what can be happier (besides a wedding or new baby) than a new house? One of my stamping friends just moved into a new house, so I had to make a card for the occasion. The Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper Pad (retired) has the cutest designs, perfect for a housewarming or welcoming a new neighbor!
Since I tend to hang onto multi-purpose stamps when they're retired, I just happened to still have Party Time, which had the perfect sentiment.
I hope her new home is filled with love and laughter and many happy memories in the years to come!
ETA: Now that I look at it from a distance, I think the Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon would have looked better. :-)
Stamp: Party Time (retired)
Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black, Welcome Neighbor DSP (retired)

This is beautiful! Love your perfect little flags with the rhinestone jewels. I'd hang onto that stamp set too - the font is so pretty!
