CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Fall Flowers

Today's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is Fall flowers. I always think of sunflowers and chrysanthemums for Fall. Since I don't have a 'mum stamp, sunflowers it is!

Starting with a piece of Very Vanilla embossed with the Sunflowers folder, I brushed Crushed Curry, Pecan Pie, and Mossy Meadow to make the flowers pop. That was adhered to the card base, and a large Spotlight on Nature circle cut from more Very Vanilla was added.

The gold hoop was glued on with tiny dots of multipurpose glue. Using scraps of Very Vanilla (soo very many scraps, lol) the flower pot and sunflowers were stamped, colored with the filler stamps and die cut, then popped up on mini dimensionals. Note: there isn't a filler stamp for the leaves, so I used a Light Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blend to color them. After stamping and fussy cutting the greeting, it was also popped up and some butterflies added.

That's all for today - see you next Saturday! Up next is Libby Fens at Libby Stamps. Or click the "back" button to go back to Lori de Groot at Loritamarie Crafts.
