Father Christmas in Sepia

Today starts a new week of Special Offers, and I used three of those elements on this card! The Father Christmas image is fun to color - lots of detail, but if you are making multiples of the same card to send, it can get tedious. That's where stamping and using a Blender Pen to create a monochromatic look comes in so handy. I love the look of old sepia-tone photos and thought that look would work for this image.....that and a lot of gold bling! You can't really tell in the photo above, but in the one below, I shot it at an angle so you could see how the gold really shows.

The Fabulous Foil Acetate is held on with Glue Dots hidden behind the image. I realized as I was putting the dots on the acetate that there is a clear film that needs to be removed from the back first. Word to the wise.

Here are the Special Offers for this week (Sep. 8-14)
