I have to make this a quick post today, because I have about 20 pounds of zucchini and squash that needs to be processed for the dehydrator. Whose bright idea was it to plant SIX zucchini plants, and SIX patty pan squash plants, and THREE summer squash plants? Oh, that would be me. Just shoot me now, LOL. And that's not counting the winter squash, but those will keep on their own.
