This week's Create With Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge are happy, bright colors that made my mind immediately go to balloons, so the Balloon Festoon Bundle got some love:
For this card I cut the balloons in the three colors of cardstock, but also colored vellum with Stampin' Blends to make the transparent balloons.
The background confetti and stars were stamped to add to the festive feel. And, wouldn't you know it, the smaller Wonderful Stars Puffy Stickers exactly matched some of the stars, for more fun!
