CSF Saturday Blog Hop - Holiday Magic

This week's Create With Stamping Friends Saturday Hop theme is Holiday Magic. The Jolly Delivery stamp set had the perfect greeting for this theme, and the North Pole Delivery Specialty DSP had the perfect die cut images all ready to use!

I started with White Willow cardstock cut 4-1/4" x 12" and scored 3-1/4" in from each short side. When folded, it created the 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card base. I lightly brushed Azure Afternoon on the top half of each front flap, then embossed a 4" x 6" piece of White Willow with the Soft Waves folder. Snips were used to cut along the wave, splitting the embossed piece. I overlapped and glued them together to create snowy hills, and after cutting them to 3" wide, they were adhered to the card fronts.

After that, it was simply a matter of choosing which pre-cut images from the specialty DSP I wanted to add to create the scene! Looks like everyone has holiday mail to put in the mailbox. 😊 That mailbox was adhered to create a flap for tucking under the left front flap.

That's all for today - see you next Saturday! Up next is Libby Fens at Libby Stamps. Or click the "back" button to go back to Lori de Groot at Loritamarie Crafts.
