The Stamp Review Crew - Crafting Forever Edition

Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew, an international group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators who get together on the first and third Mondays of the month to feature our take on a single stamp set. Today we are focusing on Crafting Forever which, if I had my way, would be the ONLY thing I'd do! Too bad things like gardens, and laundry, and husbands, and pets get in the way of crafting. (Those last two want to eat every day....can you imagine?!) *smile*

You probably just landed here from Mickey's blog, Paper Conversation. Her creativity always knocks my socks off! To continue on the entire hop, just click the links at the bottom of each stop. There are sixteen of us on the hop today.

The greeting on the first card really made me chuckle when I fist saw it. Yeah, those dust bunnies aren't going to go anywhere, so you might as well make something pretty, right? They'll be waiting for you when you're done, LOL.

The sentiment on the next card is something I really try to take to heart....even if I can only squeeze a few minutes in. It's "me" time - therapy, if you will. My craft room is definitely my happy place, and I always feel renewed after spending some quality time with stamps, ink, and cardstock!

And for the last card, I tried to keep it sweet and feminine, so Berry Burst is the main color, with stamped off Smoky Slate paper snips making up the background. I really like how well those colors complement each other! Did you notice the Glitter Enamel Dot on the snip's hinge?

That's all I have to share today. All the products used are listed at the bottom. Now hop on over to my dear friend Adriana's blog, Escape2Stamp. (Pssst - her journal is gorgeous!)

  4. Love your cards, Cindy! I think my favorite is the glitter dot on the scissors of your last card. As much as our scissors are in our hands they should be bedazzled! Really like the wood/white embossing of the second card and your watercolored paintbrush jar for your first card is awesome!
