Yep, that greeting about sums it up. Except, I might edit it to "cake and ice cream." You have to have ice cream too, right???
This is a super-easy card to make. Just use some Birthday Bouquet DSP for your background (cut 4" x 5-1/4") and if you feel like it add a mat (4-1/8" x 5-3/8") behind it before adhering it to the card base. The second piece of DSP was cut 1-7/8" x 3-5/8" and the mat behind it was 2" x 3-3/4". I don't remember how big I cut the image panel, sorry!
