Sympathy

Here is one of those difficult cards, for a friend who just lost her husband to brain cancer. *sigh* One would hope that the millions upon millions of $$ spent on research would have produced a cure by now.

Stamps: Thoughts and Prayers, French Foliage
Cardstock: River Rock textured, River Rock smooth, Basic Black
Ink: VersaMark, River Rock Classic
Accessories: Black Stampin' Emboss Powder, Heat Tool, Square Lattice embossing folder, Big Shot Die-Cut Machine, matte black brads (non-SU)

I will be sequestered in my stamp cave today, trying to not dwell on Mom's surgery.

  1. Cindy, it's beautiful. I'm thinking about you today, and awaiting the news that mom's surgery went perfectly.

  6. Hi Cindy, I'm very sorry for your friends' loss and pray your Mom is doing well.

Visiting your blog today was a treat your cards are beautiful. I was wondering if you'd like to make a couple of sample cards for Operation Write Home in November for our Mid Week Throwdown challenge. You can contact me at gonestampin(at)gmail(dot)com

    Thanks, Jan
